Limited mats and blocks will be available or you can bring your own.

Your instructor will offer various options with most poses so you may explore and learn more on days when you feel energetic or stay with the fundamentals on days when you need stability. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the poses and practices and how to use them to help you meet your goals in body and mind.

Chair yoga participants will enjoy the benefits of yoga without getting up and down from the floor. Students practice poses while seated in a chair or using the chair for assistance in some standing poses. Chair yoga is perfect for anyone looking for gradual and gentle ways to increase range of motion.
